Alan
Alan Duggan has decided to take a back seat with the trust because of family reasons. It was thanks to Alan that we have developed the sites to their present level and formats, and his expertise, drive and willingness to assist was a great advantage to us, and he will be missed.
However, Alan has not gone completely and has kindly offered to assist on Lifeboat Day and other functions and, I know, if we get stuck we will always be able to call on his help.
In the future he may find that things have eased enough to allow him to return and there will always be a seat at the mess deck table for him.
